I
can't log in to my WEGCash account. What should I do? |

The
WEGCash webmaster area requires COOKIES to be enabled, but
sometimes www.wegcash.com must be manually added to cookies
for access.
Here's how you do that.
Internet Explorer
Click on Tools - Internet Options - Privacy - Sites - Type
in www.wegcash.com - Click Allow - WEGCash.com should now be added
to your allowed cookies list.
Firefox
Click on Tools - Options - Privacy - Cookies - Click on Exceptions
- Type in www.wegcash.com - Click Allow - WEGCash.com should now
be added to your allowed cookies list.
If you continue to experience login difficulties
after trying this method, please contact us. |

We do not tolerate spam of any kind. If you are caught spamming
you will be terminated and you will not get paid. We do not allow ANY email promotion. |

What
are "deductions" and why would you deduct from my stats? |

Deductions
only occur on our 4Free Classic program. A deduction is the subtraction
of an original signup from your stats. This only occurs if the
surfer cancels their membership to our 4Free sites within 5 days
of signing up.
If the surfer doesn't want to receive our email newsletters, the
email address is useless to us. In order to pay more than the
other email programs, we must be able to try and make sales through
email. This is how we are able to offer memberships for free. |

Why
am I banned from posting on the message board? |

You
were banned because you were abusing your posting privileges by
harassing or intimidating the other webmasters. We have provided
a place for our webmasters to exchange ideas and advice. We will
do everything necessary to ensure a helpful, friendly atmosphere. |

Can
we make our own banners? |
| |
You may produce your own banners.
However, you must use soft core pictures and appropriate text. Do
not use illegal subject matter when creating banners or your sites.
Illegal subject matter can and will result in your account being
terminated without pay. |

Do
you provide free content? |
| |
No, unfortunately at this time WEGCash does not provide free
content to webmasters. However, we do have Free Hosted
Galleries, Hosted Banners and Ads and will consider custom
requests. Get in touch with your account rep for more
details. |

Can
I hotlink to your banners? |

Absolutely! We
provide HOSTED Banners in a variety of sizes for most of our
sites. You'll find links inside the WEGCash affiliate
area. |

What
type of promotional tools do you offer? |

We
offer several types of promotional tools. You'll find
Hosted Standard banners, Hosted Odd-Sized banners, Hosted Full
page and Half page ads, and Free Hosted Galleries. We
also have an ad-generator for EZCam custom ads. You can
find the most up to date promotional items in our advertising
tools section. |

How
can I improve my sites so that I can make more money? |

provides numerous tools to make your site more profitable. Check

can I change the details on my account? |

You
may change your email address and password under account admin.
Any other changes must be done by us. Please email your account
representative or webmaster@wegcash.com. |

I have more than one account? |

No.
WEGCash provides tracking tools so that you can monitor individual
campaigns you promote from different websites and locations
thus removing the need for more than one account. If you believe
that you require more than one account, please contact webmastersupport@wegcash.com explaining
your reasons and we will consider your request. |

Why
can’t I open up another account? |

We do not allow blacklisted webmasters to open multiple accounts.
